- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in 2 1/2 cups of freeze-dried strawberries.
- Pour mixture over Rice Krispies in a bowl and fold until coated.
- Transfer to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and press down evenly.
- Let set at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares and top with remaining white chocolate chips and fresh strawberries.
