- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Cut cauliflower into florets.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add buttermilk and melted butter to the dry ingredients; mix until smooth.
- Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway.
- Toss baked cauliflower in Buffalo sauce and return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
