  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup Buffalo Sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Cut cauliflower into florets.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.

  4. Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway.
  6. Toss baked cauliflower in Buffalo sauce and return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
