  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3 cups fresh cauliflower rice
  • 2 medium carrots, diced

  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • dash of salt and black pepper
  • 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cooked and shredded

Method
