- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, spread uncooked rice evenly.

- Cover dish with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Remove foil, spread tzatziki sauce over chicken, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
