Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into small pieces
Taco Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning store-bought or homemade
Tortillas
  • 8 small corn tortillas for serving
Toppings
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
  • 1 cup diced onion for garnish
  • 1 cup sliced radishes for garnish
  • 1 cup lime wedges for serving

Method
 

Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the chicken and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Prepare the Tortillas
  1. In a separate skillet, warm the corn tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Place a portion of the seasoned chicken onto each tortilla.
  2. Top with chopped cilantro, diced onion, and sliced radishes.
  3. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
