Prepare the Glaze
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and grated ginger until well combined.
Season the Salmon
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Cook the Salmon
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little olive oil and place the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until crispy.
- Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic glaze over the fillets. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
Serve
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and drizzle with any remaining glaze. Serve immediately.
