Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skin-on or skinless
Honey Garlic Glaze
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Glaze
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and grated ginger until well combined.
Season the Salmon
  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Cook the Salmon
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little olive oil and place the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  2. Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic glaze over the fillets. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
Serve
  1. Remove the salmon from the skillet and drizzle with any remaining glaze. Serve immediately.
