Method
Prepare the Meatballs
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined, but do not overmix.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Bake the Meatballs
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
Prepare the Sauce
- While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a skillet over medium heat.
- Once the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve
- Serve the meatballs hot, garnished with additional parsley and Parmesan if desired.
