Prepare the Marinade
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and mix well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Assemble the Skewers
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
Grill the Skewers
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
- During the last few minutes of cooking, sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the skewers.
Serve
- Remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
