Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Topping
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and mix well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Assemble the Skewers
  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
Grill the Skewers
  1. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. During the last few minutes of cooking, sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the skewers.
Serve
  1. Remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
