Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Shredded or diced
Vegetables
  • 1 cup Broccoli Chopped
  • 1 cup Cauliflower Chopped
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper Diced
Sauce
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Divided
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Casserole
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, and bell pepper.
Make the Sauce
  1. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine and Bake
  1. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetable mixture, stirring until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
