  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries For a fruity version.
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut For coconut energy bites.
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds For added nutrition.
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed For a nutty flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon For a spiced version.
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter chips For extra peanut flavor.
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds For a crunchy texture.

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, nut butter, and honey.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
Add Flavor Variations
  1. Choose your desired flavor variation and add it to the mixture.
  2. Stir until evenly distributed.
Form the Bites
  1. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  2. Place the formed bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill
  1. Refrigerate the energy bites for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  2. Once firm, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
