  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
