Prepare the Dough

Shape and Bake
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- Transfer the risen dough to the baking sheet and stretch it out to fit the pan.
- Dimple the surface with your fingers, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
