Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour plus extra for dusting
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1.5 cups warm water about 110°F
  • 1/4 cup olive oil plus extra for drizzling
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt for sprinkling
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling on top

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add the warm water and olive oil, and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Shape and Bake
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  3. Transfer the risen dough to the baking sheet and stretch it out to fit the pan.
  4. Dimple the surface with your fingers, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
