Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 16-20 sheets frozen phyllo dough, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil plus more for brushing
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1-2 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1/3 cup honey

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine feta, dill, garlic, chili flakes, and cumin.
  2. Lay out phyllo dough, brush with olive oil, and place a spoonful of filling at one end.
  3. Fold in sides and roll tightly to enclose filling.
  4. Repeat for remaining sheets and filling.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
