Method
Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
- Drain the pasta in a colander and set aside.
Cook the Beef
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat if necessary and season with salt and pepper.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add the melted butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Combine and Serve
- Add the cooked pasta and ground beef to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
