Meat
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend recommended
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped for garnish
Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method

Cook the Pasta

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add the melted butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the cooked pasta and ground beef to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
