- Cook tortellini in salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes until they float. Drain.
- Sauté beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Return beef to skillet, add broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine tortellini with beef mixture and fold in 1 cup cheese. Pour into greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden.
