Ingredients
  

  • 9 oz cheese tortellini 1 package
  • 1 lb beef steak thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar and mozzarella blend
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook tortellini in salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes until they float. Drain.
  2. Sauté beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Return beef to skillet, add broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine tortellini with beef mixture and fold in 1 cup cheese. Pour into greased baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden.
