Prepare the Meatballs
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, egg, minced garlic, parsley, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, then form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
Make the Yogurt Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, and salt until smooth.
- Refrigerate the sauce until ready to serve.
