Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain, unsweetened
Toppings
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts almonds or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional

Method
 

Prepare the Baking Sheet
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the Yogurt
  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey until well combined.
Spread the Yogurt
  1. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/2 inch thick.
Add Toppings
  1. Sprinkle the mixed berries, chopped nuts, and dark chocolate chips evenly over the yogurt.
Freeze
  1. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the yogurt is firm.
Serve
  1. Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and serve immediately.
