Prepare Ingredients
- Slice the bell peppers and onion, and mince the garlic and ginger.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and cornstarch mixture.
Cook Turkey
- Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the ground turkey. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add Vegetables
- Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli, onion, garlic, and ginger to the wok. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add Sauce
- Pour the sauce mixture over the turkey and vegetables. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve
- Remove from heat and serve hot over rice or noodles.
