Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 lb ground turkey lean
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced, mixed colors
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare Ingredients
  1. Slice the bell peppers and onion, and mince the garlic and ginger.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and cornstarch mixture.
Cook Turkey
  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the ground turkey. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add Vegetables
  1. Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli, onion, garlic, and ginger to the wok. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add Sauce
  1. Pour the sauce mixture over the turkey and vegetables. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and serve hot over rice or noodles.
