Cook the Turkey
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Make the Sauce

- Pour the sauce over the cooked turkey mixture and stir well to combine.
- Add the diced bell pepper and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the pepper is tender.
Serve
- Serve the ground turkey mixture over cooked rice.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
