Ingredients
  

Ground Turkey
  • 1 lb ground turkey lean
Rice
  • 2 cups white rice or brown rice
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets steamed
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise preferably light
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional

Method
 

Prepare the Rice
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions in a rice cooker.
  2. Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork and set aside.
Cook the Turkey
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey.
  2. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice.
  2. Mix well until smooth and set aside.
Assemble the Bowls
  1. In each bowl, add a serving of rice.
  2. Top with cooked ground turkey, steamed broccoli, diced bell pepper, and sliced carrots.
  3. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
