Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, salt, and chocolate chips.
  3. In another bowl, mix cashew butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms.
  5. Spread the dough evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and pour over the dough, spreading evenly.
  7. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until firm.
  9. Slice into pieces and serve.
