- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound chicken breasts flat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, spinach, basil, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the chicken with the mixture and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the chicken rolls until golden.
- Place in a baking dish, cover with marinara sauce, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
