  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
