- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, sautéed spinach and garlic, artichokes, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
