Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk warm
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 large egg
Filling
  • 1/2 cup hot chocolate mix
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
Topping
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Make the Filling
  1. In a small bowl, mix together hot chocolate mix, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
Assemble the Rolls
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
  4. Roll the dough tightly and cut into 1-inch slices.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake and Top
  1. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  3. Let cool slightly before serving.
