Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Hot Honey Mixture
  • 1/4 cup hot honey or regular honey with red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Feta Topping
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together hot honey, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the hot honey mixture over the chicken, ensuring they are well coated.
Bake the Chicken
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Add Feta and Serve
  1. Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley over the top.
  2. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the feta is slightly melted.
  3. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
