Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough
  • 1 lb Pizza Dough Store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese For spreading
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Slices
  • 2 tbsp Hot Honey To drizzle on top
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil For brushing
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Optional, for extra heat
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper To taste

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape.
Assemble the Pizza
  1. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or a pizza peel if using a stone.
  2. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the ricotta.
  4. Evenly distribute the pepperoni slices over the cheese.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven or onto the pizza stone.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Finish and Serve
  1. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute.
  2. Drizzle hot honey over the pizza before slicing.
  3. Slice and serve hot, enjoying the sweet and spicy flavors!
