Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces Rice Noodles
  • 1 pound Beef (sirloin or flank steak), thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 cup Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Boil water, cook rice noodles for 4-6 minutes, drain, and rinse.
  2. Heat oil in skillet, cook beef for 4-6 minutes until browned, then set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger in the same pan for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir-fry broccoli and bell peppers for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add beef and noodles, pour in sauces, and mix well for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
