Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, avocados, melted butter, and peanut butter.
- Add baking soda, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased 9x9 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift out and cool completely before slicing.
- Optionally, sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.
