Filling
  • 5 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon divided
Topping
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute
  • 4 tbsp Butter melted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Swerve Confectioner's Sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon until smooth.

  3. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon and Swerve Granulated Sugar on top.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
