Method
Prepare the Dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Make the Lemon Sauce
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
Assemble the Pizza
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a parchment-lined pizza peel or baking sheet.
- Spread the lemon sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella and feta cheese on top.
- Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Finish and Serve
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly. Top with fresh arugula, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with basil.
