Prepare the Rice

Flavor the Rice
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then serve warm.
