  • 300 g bucatini pasta
  • 250 g cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/2 cup non-alcoholic white wine
  • 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook bucatini according to package instructions; reserve pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Pour in non-alcoholic white wine and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Add lobster meat and reserved pasta water; stir to combine.
  5. Toss in cooked bucatini, seasoning with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley and Parmesan.
