Marinate Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, combine mango puree, lime juice, honey, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill Chicken
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serve
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the chicken and serve it topped with diced mango, chopped cilantro, and red onion. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
