  • 0.25 cup Raw Honey
  • 0.25 cup Mango Puree
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 5 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 whole Habanero Pepper, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro, finely chopped Optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine honey, mango puree, soy sauce, garlic, habanero, lime juice, and ground coriander in a saucepan.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, then add to the saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool. Optionally stir in cilantro before serving.
