- Combine honey, mango puree, soy sauce, garlic, habanero, lime juice, and ground coriander in a saucepan.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, then add to the saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool. Optionally stir in cilantro before serving.
