- Peel and dice the mango. Grate the ginger and mince the garlic. Pat salmon dry.
- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon skin-side down in the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes until skin is crispy.
- Flip the fillets and add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over salmon and cook for 2-3 minutes, spooning sauce over fish.
- Fold in diced mango and warm for another minute.
- Remove from heat, serve salmon topped with sauce, green onions, and sesame seeds.
