Ingredients
  

Chicken & Bacon
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into small pieces
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup for glaze
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 slider buns mini hamburger buns
Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the seasoned chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Add Maple Glaze
  1. Reduce the heat to low and add the maple syrup to the skillet with the chicken. Stir to coat the chicken evenly and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Assemble Sliders
  1. On each slider bun, place a portion of the maple chicken, followed by crumbled bacon, shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and cheddar cheese.
  2. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
