Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 lb ground beef preferably lean
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup red onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Seasonings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste
Garnish
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare Ingredients
  1. Slice the bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mince the garlic.
Cook Ground Beef
  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add Vegetables
  1. Add the sliced vegetables and minced garlic to the wok. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Season and Serve
  1. Stir in oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with feta cheese and parsley.
