  • 12 pieces slider buns small, soft buns
  • 6 slices ham thinly sliced
  • 6 slices turkey thinly sliced
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese or your choice of cheese
  • 2 large eggs for egg wash
  • 1/2 cup milk for egg wash
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional, for flavor
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for dusting
  • 1 tablespoon butter for frying

Method
 

Prepare the Sliders
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  2. Assemble the sliders by layering ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese between the slider buns.
  3. Secure each slider with a toothpick to hold them together.
Make the Egg Wash
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Fry the Sliders
  1. Dip each assembled slider into the egg wash, ensuring they are fully coated.
  2. Place the sliders in the preheated skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Serve
  1. Remove sliders from the skillet and let them cool slightly.
  2. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
  3. Serve warm with a side of jam or syrup for dipping.
