Ingredients
  

Chicken and Seasoning
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
Creamy Base
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
Vegetables
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the CrockPot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder over the chicken.
Add Vegetables
  1. Add the chopped carrots, celery, and onion on top of the chicken.
Mix Creamy Base
  1. In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, chicken broth, and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the CrockPot.
Cook
  1. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  2. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir everything together.
