Method
Prepare the Chicken
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the CrockPot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder over the chicken.
Add Vegetables
- Add the chopped carrots, celery, and onion on top of the chicken.
Mix Creamy Base
- In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, chicken broth, and sour cream until smooth.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the CrockPot.
Cook
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir everything together.
Serve
- Serve warm over rice or with bread.
