Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree canned or fresh
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Pan
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Mix Wet Ingredients
  1. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine Mixtures
  1. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Fill the Donut Pan
  1. Spoon the batter into the greased donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
Bake the Donuts
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool and Serve
  1. Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
