Method
Prepare the Oven and Pan
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Mix Wet Ingredients
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine Mixtures
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Fill the Donut Pan
- Spoon the batter into the greased donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
Bake the Donuts
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool and Serve
- Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
