Cupcake Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line muffin tin with cupcake liners.

- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, alternating with sparkling grape juice and milk.
- Fold in peach puree.
- Divide batter into liners, filling each 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
Frosting Preparation
- For frosting, beat butter until creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, peach puree, sparkling grape juice, and salt until smooth.
- Frost cooled cupcakes and garnish with peach slices.
