Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base
  • 4 pieces Flatbread Store-bought or homemade
Pesto Sauce
  • 1 cup Pesto Store-bought or homemade
Cheese and Toppings
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste

Method
 

Prepare the Oven
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Assemble the Pizzas
  1. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  2. Spread a generous layer of pesto on each flatbread.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the pesto.
  4. Top with halved cherry tomatoes, and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Bake the Pizzas
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
