Method
Prepare the Sorbet Base
- In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh lemon juice, water, and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the fresh raspberries and lemon zest to the mixture. Blend until smooth.
Chill the Mixture
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until well chilled.
Churn the Sorbet
- Pour the chilled mixture into a sorbet maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, usually about 20-25 minutes.
Freeze the Sorbet
