Ingredients
  

Quesadilla Base
  • 4 large flour tortillas
Pizza Filling
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce for dipping
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers optional
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms optional

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and any optional toppings like bell peppers and mushrooms.
  2. Mix well to ensure an even distribution of ingredients.
Assemble the Quesadillas
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread a portion of the filling evenly over half of the tortilla.
  3. Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling and press down gently.
Cook the Quesadillas
  1. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Carefully flip the quesadilla using a spatula and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side.
  3. Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
Serve
  1. Serve warm with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
