Prepare the Dough
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Assemble the Pizza
- Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top of the ricotta.
- Add the prosciutto slices evenly over the cheese.
Bake the Pizza
- Transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Finish and Serve
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute.
- Top with fresh arugula, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with black pepper before slicing.
