Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough
  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
Cheese Topping
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese whole milk ricotta preferred
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
Toppings
  • 4 oz prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 1 cup arugula fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly cracked

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Assemble the Pizza
  1. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  2. Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top of the ricotta.
  3. Add the prosciutto slices evenly over the cheese.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Finish and Serve
  1. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute.
  2. Top with fresh arugula, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with black pepper before slicing.
