Prepare Meatballs
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake Meatballs
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Prepare Sauce
- In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, and soy sauce.
- Heat over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
Combine and Serve
- Once meatballs are done, remove from the oven and add to the saucepan with the sauce.
- Toss to coat the meatballs in the sauce and serve warm.
