Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs plain or Italian
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce canned or homemade
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce for added flavor
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce optional

Method
 

Prepare Meatballs
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake Meatballs
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Prepare Sauce
  1. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, and soy sauce.
  2. Heat over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
Combine and Serve
  1. Once meatballs are done, remove from the oven and add to the saucepan with the sauce.
  2. Toss to coat the meatballs in the sauce and serve warm.

Notes
