  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and rinse raspberries.
  2. Blend raspberries, coconut milk, pineapple juice, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
  3. Adjust consistency with more coconut milk or pineapple juice if needed.
  4. Add ice and blend until slushy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity.
  6. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
