Prepare the Vegetables
- Wash and slice the zucchini, mushrooms, and onion.
- Set aside the sliced vegetables.
Sauté the Vegetables
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they release their moisture.
- Finally, add the zucchini and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Sauté for an additional 5-6 minutes until the zucchini is tender but still crisp.
Serve
- Remove from heat and serve warm as a side dish.
