Ingredients
  

Pasta and Vegetables
  • 12 oz cheese tortellini fresh or frozen
  • 4 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Cheese Topping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Ingredients
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large pot, cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Combine and Season
  1. On a sheet pan, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Add the cooked tortellini to the sheet pan and mix well with the broccoli.
Add Cheese and Bake
  1. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the tortellini and broccoli mixture.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
